Culinary Delights
Le Petit Nice Passedat
3-Michelin Stars
Le Petit Nice Passedat is a 3-Michelin-starred restaurant helmed by our close family friend, Chef Gérald Passedat, combining traditional Provençal ingredients with contemporary techniques to create truly unforgettable dishes. Out of the 146 restaurants with 3-Michelin stars in the entire world, Le Petit Nice shines the brightest. This iconic flagship delights patrons with its innovative cuisine, beautiful setting, and exceptional service, making it the most sought-after dining experience in the south. The menu showcases the freshest local seafood, produce, and herbs, and is paired with a carefully curated selection of wines from the surrounding vineyards. The dining room is an elegant space, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and stunning views of the sea. Le Petit Nice Passedat is inextricably linked to Marseille and to chef Gérald Passedat's personality. "I dive into the Mediterranean, in every sense of the word," says the chef. "It carries me and inspires me, as well as all the lands that surround it." Play your cards right, and the chef might greet you himself.
The acclaimed 3-Michelin-starred pride of Cassis, La Villa Madie, helmed by chef Dimitri Droisneau (previously of La Tour d'Argent, Lucas Carton, Ambroisie). Nestled in a natural, unspoilt cove opposite the towering Cap Canaille cliff, it boasts a dream location above the blue waves of the Mediterranean. From one dish to another, Provence makes its presence felt – light, subtle, tasty, fresh and aromatic, punchy when necessary, and always surprising and original. All the magic of the South of France – produce from land and sea, its fish and herbs – is channeled to great effect in this cuisine. A case in point: the Carabineros prawn, red berry tartlet, in which the marriage of the iodine and saline of the shellfish with the fruit is in the realm of the celestial. The charismatic sommelier has no shortage of savvy wine proposals and the chef's wife deftly illustrates the art of carving at table.

Une Table au Sud
1-Michelin Star
A 4-course tasting menu dinner awaits us at Ludovic Turac's restaurant, Une Table au Sud. The inventive yet disciplined recipes overflow with regional flavors from Provençal vegetables to locally sourced fish and meat from the Southern Southern Alps, further enhanced by panoramic views over the Vieux-Port and the Notre-Dame de La Garde basilica. We'll indulge in the traditionnel and moderne sides of Provençal cuisine, along with the city's most famous culinary creation: la bouillabaisse.
Exclusive Stays
Intercontinental Hôtel Dieu
Marseille
Inaugurated by Napoleon III in 1866 and entirely renovated in 2013, the majestic Hôtel Dieu is an opulent 5-star spa property accented with fragments of Roman mosaics and swirling wrought-iron staircases. Perched on a hill between the Vieux Port harbor and the historic Panier district, it is a calm sanctuary in an otherwise vibrant city. Within walking distance of Marseille’s highlights, Hôtel Dieu offers the finest views from the outdoor terrace, and a mosaic swimming pool inspired by traditional Provençal fountains.
The Château de Cassis boutique hotel is a testament to 1,600 years of history. Originally built in the 5th century by the Romans, the Château was a defensive stronghold during the 100 years’ war (1300’s & 1400’s), was inspected by Napoleon in 1794, and sacked by the British in 1813. The owners undertook six years of monumental renovation to erase the wear and tear of time and restored the Château to its natural splendor, creating rare gem of a boutique hotel, offering a truly unforgettable experience to its guests.
